Heidenroslein

Bensa is one of the woredas in a Sidama Region of Ethiopia. For this lot, we work with DayeBensa, processing this at their private mill, using sealed tank to ferment depulped cherries with added selected yeast for 24 hours, converting sugar of cherries to aromatic compound. We specially request harvesting high altitude of cherries that have higher sugar level in order to make this processing
