Srima Orange Blossom

Srima is an organic coffee farm located in Chiang Rai. It is owned by Joe, a friend that we met during 2023. Joe and his family has been plant their coffee organically for three generation. Their coffee cherries are exceptional, they have grown catimor, caturra, yellow bourbon and a few Geisha by using organic methods for years. This lot of coffee are Anaerobic Ferment then depulped and goes through co-ferment with enzyme. We had discuss with Joe to create several lots of different fermentation. Leading to different flavor such as Oriental Beauty Tea, Mango, Strawberry, Apple, and many more
