Biome Raisin Honey

CPDP is an organization to educate coffee farmers helping them to improve coffee knowledge and also processing method that can improve cup quality. This Coffee is one of the experiment project that we work with CPDP, harvesting extra riped cherry from Pyin Oo Lwin region. The cherry is first sundried to make it like “raisin state”. The cherry is then anaerobic fermented in a tank for 48 hours. After that, cherry is depuluped and sundried in african bed without washing it.
