CPDP is an organization to educate coffee farmers helping them to improve coffee knowledge and also processing method that can improve cup quality. This Coffee is one of the experiment project that we work with CPDP, harvesting extra riped cherry from Pyin Oo Lwin region. The cherry is first anaerobic fermented in a tank for 48 hours. After that, cherry is depuluped and undergoes another stages of anaerobic fermentation for another 2 days. The coffee is sundried in african bed without washing it.
