Canet Musician Chopin

Canet is a micro farm owned by Mirazu Estate. They are famous in naming their coffee using famous musician. Chopin is another representative of Romantic classical music. Using Raisin Honey process, which the coffee cherries is first sundried to a raisin state, then depulped and goes through fermentation, lastly sundried again with remaining mucilage, leading to a aroma carries notes of blueberry, passion fruit, and honey-like sweetness, accompanied by wafts of rose fragrance. During brewing, its sweet and floral aroma becomes more pronounced. Upon tasting, it reveals flavors reminiscent of melon, cantaloupe, and blueberry-filled cookies, with a hint of rose fragrance. Overall, it carries a honeyed sweetness throughout.
