Machakos is one of the county in Kenya, also known as Masaku, located in south Kenya. Coffee from Machakos always known to have a dominant tea notes like Matcha, that’s the reason we named this coffe “Koyamaen” This lot is unlike traditional kenya process, Koyamaen is dry fermented for 36 hours, then added water for another 36 hours to create a very clean flavor profile with a tealike aftertaste.
