Srima is an organic coffee farm located in Chiang Rai. It is owned by Joe, a friend that we met during 2023. Joe and his family has been plant their coffee organically for three generation. Their coffee cherries are exceptional, they have grown catimor, caturra, yellow bourbon and a few Geisha by using organic methods for years. This lot of coffee are Anaerobic Ferment with inoculated yeast for two days, then slightly hand washed with clean water. Lastly sundried until it reach approximately 10% of moisture content/
