Srima Geisha

Srima is an organic coffee farm located in Chiang Rai. It is owned by Joe, a friend that we met during 2023. Joe and his family has been plant their coffee organically for three generation. Their coffee cherries are exceptional, they have grown catimor, caturra, yellow bourbon and a few Geisha by using organic methods for years. The cherries are washed with natural mountain water. The submerged cherries are left to rest overnight, then pulped and soaked again in water until clean. They are then sun-dried for just 10 days. Afterwards, they are stored in a safe place, parchment-free, before being sorted out.
