Canet is a micro farm owned by Mirazu Estate. They are famous in naming their coffee using famous musician. Chopin is another representative of Romantic classical music. Using Raisin Honey process, which the coffee cherries is first sundried to a raisin state, then depulped and goes through fermentation, lastly sundried again with remaining mucilage. This lot of coffee brings out a whiskey-like flavor, real complex while very detail in each flavor and also carries a honeyed sweetness throughout. Hadyn are the newest member among Canet’s Musician Series. It presented barrel-like winey notes along with complex fruity sweetness.
