Constellation is a de-pulped Geisha fermented in the reactor for 6 days at 45°C , then it was placed under the sun, upper beds, for 2 days to stop the fermentation, and then placed in the Dark Room for 8 days to finish the drying. Constellation was in the reactor under pressure the 6 days
