Nyeri Gura AA

River Gura is located in Kenya, Nyeri County and it flows from the Aberdares Ranges. The river traverses several constituencies in Nyandarua and Nyeri County and waves it’s way through the River Tana which then drains into the Indian Ocean.The cherries are picked and sorted by hand. These producers are members of the Othaya Farmer’s Association and deliver the cherries to the Gura Wet Mill. This Coffee consist of different vareital such as SL28, Sl34 and also Batian. SL28 and SL34 are well known in KL whereKenya Batian is a relatively new, high-quality coffee variety developed by the Kenya Coffee Research Foundation (KCRF) and introduced in 2008.
