Srima Anaerobic Natural

Srima is an organic coffee farm located in Chiang Rai. It is owned by Joe, a friend that we met during 2023. Joe and his family has been plant their coffee organically for three generation. This Lot of coffee we design for a friend’s competition. The idea was using a cherries that is high in sweetness, undergoes low temperature of anaerobic fermentation for 5 days to produce a coffee that more Ester (Aromatic) compound without any acetic flavor. Hence we choose yellow bourbon from Srima that is known to have higher sweetness compared to other variety of coffee, the result is splendid. This coffee is full of red and violet notes, vibrant and fruity, layering with complex sweetness
