La Lesa (Washed)

This selected lot is one of our special lot work with Ephtah Coffee. The coffee cherries is collected within Lalesa VIllage which is located in Southest part of Gedeb. We process this coffee in Ephtah Coffee Private Drying Mill which the worker are mainly kids and women, the project is to give more economic support to these women and also their family by giving them extra salary for producing and harvesting better quality of coffee cherries. This specific washed process is done by using low amount of warm water, coffee cherries is ferment in a opened tank for 24 hours, controlling pH value at 3.5 to create a balance acidity in the final cups.
