Canet is a micro farm owned by Mirazu Estate. They are famous in naming their coffee using famous musician. The most renowned composer of Romantic classical music is undoubtedly Beethoven. A coffee bean that evokes the essence of Beethoven’s music must naturally have an exceptional flavor. Its dry aroma carries distinct notes of red berries, with strawberry being the most prominent, accompanied by a floral fragrance.Beethoven are on of our favorite musician series coffee . Unlike other musician series that are processed using Raisin Honey process, Beethoven are undergoes Enzymatic Washed Process. By adding certain natural enzyme during the fermentation, the mucilage are soften and added depth to the flavor of the coffee, then the coffee is slightly washed and dried on patio bed.
